Shipping policy

Rose Englander ships orders within the United States using UPS. Standard shipping is free.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays; estimated total time is 4–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and carrier delays may occur.

Tracking and assistance

When your order ships, we will send tracking information by email. Please check your shipping address before placing an order and contact us promptly if it needs correction. If a shipment is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us so we can help.
